Trip Leader Training

If you are an active member of a recreational kayak group, such as a Meetup or Facebook group, you could be heading out with some folks that might not be prepared for the conditions. Trip Leaders have the skills to deal with what might arise on the water, but don’t have to teach it; they are an invaluable part of any kayaking group.

While the Trip Leader Award is not a teaching certification, it still goes a long way to assure other paddlers that someone is a competent member of the group. Liquid Sky offers training and official Assessments for those looking to achieve the Trip Leader Award, up to Level 2.
