If you are an active member of a recreational kayak group, such as a Meetup or Facebook group, you could be heading out with some folks that might not be prepared for the conditions. Leaders have the skills to deal with what might arise on the water; they are an invaluable part of any kayaking group.
The new ACA Leader Pathway has been upgraded to a full certification – meaning a Leader will have access to pro-deals, ACA-based insurance, and lots of resources to assist them with trip planning. Liquid Sky Kayaking is currently offering Leader certification courses up to Level 3.
